Bicycle Safety Public Service Announcement 5

PSA5 is a celebration of bikers helping bikers. Teaching and learning,
communicating and demonstrating; the tools of effective cycling are skills and
knowledge. Knowing the rules of the road and abiding by them is the first step to
understanding vehicular cycling. When a cyclist accepts the responsibilities of
effective traffic cycling he/she earns the right to travel the roads safely and
efficiently.
